Miss World 1994 & Resolutions to 2005: NoNe
É isso que você deve digitar no Google caso queria achar o nome dessa indiana - tirando a parte das resoluções, óbviamente. Aishwarya Rai, atriz, 31 anos. É o que sei dela. Esses olhos hipnotizam qualquer um. Nem faz você pensar em outra coisa.

Hoje estou tendo um pouco de silêncio em casa; meu irmão foi para a balada e não está tocando violão. Então, estou ouvindo Coldplay - The Scientist.

Recentemente descobri o Flickr através do blog de um amigo. É bom para subir fotos para o blog sem ter que baixar programas como o Hello, da Picasa.

O ano começou como sempre, com muitas resoluções de ano novo. Esse é o segundo ano que não faço promessas e nem resuloções e acho que nunca mais vou fazer na vida. Me diz uma coisa: se você estivesse num avião que caísse no mar e milagrosamente você se salvasse numa ilha deserta, você saberia que dia seria o Natal ou Ação de graças, Ano novo, sei lá, após algum tempo? Dúvido que da noite para o dia, só porque seria ano novo você resolveria "Ah este ano vou sair nadando daqui" ou "Este ano vou construir um barquinho e cair fora".

Ainda acredito que cada ser é responsável pelo seu destino. Não que eu não haja em Deus ou Alá ou Buda ou qualquer coisa do gênero. Claro que essa coisa de destino não funciona muito se você estiver de férias numa praia paradisíaca da Tailândia e uma onda gigante te levar embora (sem humor negro, por favor).

Por isso, a resolução para este ano vai ser a mesma para 2004 e 2003: Nenhuma! E que seja o que Deus quiser!

Ué... mas eu não acabei de dizer que cada um por si e blá blá blá... ah, estou ficando gagá :P

This new year started just like any other, with a lot of "New Year's Resolutions". This is the Second year I don't have any resolution and I don't think I would do it again on my life. Tell me one thing: If you were on JAA flight (joke, jk) and the plane just fell in the sea AND, as a miracle of God Mocha (joke again) you survived on a desert island for months, would you know exactly what day is it? Unless you marked a cave's wall with rocks or whatever, I doubt you would know it was Christmas, or Thanks Giving day or New year first day or whatever. And I doubt you would decide overnight, just because it was New Year's first day something like "This I'm gonna swim out from this island." or "I'll build a boat to get outta here this year anyway!"

I believe any human being is in charge of their own destiny. I'm not saying that there is not God, Allah, Buda or anything of this kind. Of course, this stuff of destiny is not applicable if you are on your vacations in a paradisiac beach in Thaliand and a Tsunami take you away (this is not a black humor joke, please)

That's why my resolution to 2005 will be the same as 2004 and 2003: None!!
